The name of the vimana (the sanctum sanctorum and the tower over it) of the Tirumala Venkateswara Temple in Andhra Pradesh, India. The tower over the sanctum sanctorum is likely to have been constructed in the twelfth and thirteenth centuries. Since its construction, the structure has undergone repairs and has been gilded on several occasions.
