Established in 1966, it is an exhibition space within the Thousand-Pillared Hall of the Meenakshi Temple in Madurai, Tamil Nadu. The exhibits inside include antique objects, such as coins and idols, photographs and paintings rendered on wood, depicting the sixty four tales of the Thiruvilaiyadal Puranam.
