A multi-disciplinary arts project initiated in 2014 by the not-for-profit organisation, India Foundation for the Arts, with the goal of documenting facets of urban culture in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The project has given grants to artists, researchers and organisations to engage with Bengaluru’s neighbourhoods, history, environment, and civic issues, and create temporary or permanent installations, events or performances that exhibit these aspects. It derives its name from the first three digits of the city’s pin codes.
