Impart is a non-commercial non-profit educational resource for South Asia’s art and history. Unless cited otherwise, all material on our website — including text, graphics, logos, images, metadata, audio and video clips, digital downloads — is owned by Impart. Impart produces content for free public access online consistent with the fair use provisions of Section 52 of the Copyright Act, 1957, with an interest in upholding any intellectual property rights of material not owned by the organisation. All sources of information are clearly cited and appropriately marked.

  • Identification of the removed or disabled content and its previous location.
  • A statement of your good faith belief that the removal or disabling was due to error.
  • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, India, and agreeing to accept service of process from the original complainant.

Impart reserves the right to remove or block a user’s access to the site, whether registered or not, if the user breaches any provision of this Agreement.
