An arts institution and cultural space established in 1978 in Kochi, Kerala by the noted Indian artist and critic Madathil Vasudevan (also known as MV Devan). Its instructors included the artists Kanayi Kunhiraman, CN Karunakaran and Namboodiri. It also functioned as a space for performances and events featuring artists of all disciplines. It eventually closed down and the site is now occupied by the Nanappa Art Gallery.
